Notice of Rule Alteration Application

 The CFMEU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alteration to Rule 9 of the rules of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union, Construction and General Division.

 A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(b) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulation 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
