Crane crews reject boss’s EBA
Workers from Tutt Bryant Crane Hire NT have voted by 12 to 1 to reject an employer-drafted enterprise agreement, in a secret ballot on December 4.
The workers declined the deal, even though Tutt Bryant Pty Ltd had increased their original wage offer to CPI or 4% per year.
Thousands of workers rally in support of Ark Tribe
Thousands of workers and their families will turn out in rallies around the country tomorrow, Friday October 30, in support of South Australian construction worker, Ark Tribe, who faces up to six months jail over a matter related to workplace safety.
Rallies will be held in almost every capital city around Australia as Ark appears before Adelaide Magistrate's Court in Victoria Square.
